Flexa is free for job seekers. Companies can post roles and access core features at no cost, with premium options available for enhanced visibility and tools.
When a company posts a job, Smart Matching automatically selects 5 candidates from the resume pool whose profiles best align with the role. Each matching run delivers a fresh batch of relevant candidates.
The Hiring Hub is a lightweight ATS built into Flexa. You can add candidates from Smart Matching or the Talent Base, then manage them through custom hiring stages. Each candidate space saves their resume, notes, and contact details.
Flexa leverages the best available technology to give small and medium-sized businesses access to corporate-level hiring tools — without the corporate price tag. Your visibility grows with your activity and profile quality, not your budget.
Flexa has two account types: Job Seeker and Company. Each account is registered as one type and cannot be switched. If you need to use Flexa as both a job seeker and an employer, you would need to create separate accounts for each.
