Flexa is free for job seekers. Companies can post roles and access core features at no cost, with premium options available for enhanced visibility and tools.
Yes — it is called Flexa AI and it is built into your employer account, with nothing to install or connect. Ask it in plain language and it works from your real data: list your jobs, review and compare applicants, search the talent base, write a job post, or move candidates through your pipeline. Anything that spends money or messages a candidate asks you to confirm first. Flexa AI is included on every paid plan, and every account gets a small monthly allowance to try it. If you prefer your own AI, you can also connect Flexa to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Mistral or Grok and use the same tools from there.
The Hiring Pipeline is a lightweight ATS built into Flexa. You can add candidates from the Talent Base or ask Flexa AI to do it, then manage them through custom hiring stages. Each candidate space saves their resume, notes, and contact details.
Flexa leverages the best available technology to give small and medium-sized businesses access to corporate-level hiring tools — without the corporate price tag. Your visibility grows with your activity and profile quality, not your budget.
Flexa has two account types: Job Seeker and Company. Each account is registered as one type and cannot be switched. If you need to use Flexa as both a job seeker and an employer, you would need to create separate accounts for each.
