AI / ML engineer

We are hiring an AI / ML Engineer for the ISHONCH development team We build AI solutions that automate real business processes, from ML/DL models and RAG to production-ready AI agents. What you will do: Develop, train and deploy ML/DL models for business tasks. Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows using tool/function calling, MCP and LangGraph/LangChain (or similar). Design RAG systems: embeddings, hybrid search, reranking and vector databases. Fine-tune LLMs, optimize inference and integrate models via APIs and microservices. Take part in MLOps/LLMOps: evaluation, monitoring, tracing, guardrails and improving AI system quality. What we offer: Growth: paid professional courses, IT conferences, festivals and team building. Requirements for the candidate: Experience: at least 2 years in ML/DL or AI system development. Stack: Python, NumPy/pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch / TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers. Knowledge: understanding of ML/DL, transformer architecture and how LLMs work. Skills: hands-on experience with AI agents, RAG, vector DB and structured output; confident Git and deploying to production. Languages: Uzbek and English (Intermediate+). Nice to have: API development with FastAPI / Django REST Framework and containerization with Docker. Computer Vision and video analytics (OpenCV, YOLO, tracking, RTSP). MLOps/LLMOps tools, self-hosted inference, GPU and Kubernetes. Multimodal models or voice pipelines (STT-LLM-TTS).
