Sales representative (professional cosmetics)

Sales Manager / Sales Representative♨️ Premium cosmetics segment of Beauty Italia 📍Responsibilities: — Searching for new beauty salons and masters. — Negotiating and closing deals. — Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with clients; — Advising clients on the range and products; — Presenting new arrivals, special offers and current collections; — Growing sales volume and developing existing clients; — Monitoring agreement fulfilment and supporting clients at every stage of cooperation; — Holding meetings and presentations with clients; — Visiting clients periodically; — Preparing the required sales reports. — Submitting the required reports; — Carrying out tasks assigned by your direct manager. 📍Conditions: — Salary from 5 000 000 UZS per month; — Bonuses and commission after the probation period (1 month); stable at current sales of 10 000 000 UZS and above — Paid 2 times a month; — Professional growth in beauty and premium; — Schedule: 6/1 (Mon–Sat), 09:00 to 18:00, Sat 09:00–15:00; — Transport allowance and lunch at the office; — Address: Tashkent, Yakkasaray district, ul Bobura 67A.

📍Requirements: — Experience in sales as a sales representative, sales manager or account manager; — Experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, pharma, luxury or premium goods; — Able to work with a client base and grow existing sales; — Literate speech and well-developed communication skills; — Able to negotiate and present a product; — Results-driven, meeting sales targets; — Attention to detail and understanding the importance of high-level service in the premium segment; — Confident user of CRM and office software; — Willing to visit clients periodically; — Fluent in Russian.
