Head of Clinical Research Center (Samarkand)

National Pharmacovigilance Science Center — the first and leading pharmacovigilance service provider in the Russian Federation and across the Eurasian Union countries, a member of ISOP, RQA, the Institute of Internal Auditors, and the Eurasian Economic Union pharmacovigilance working group. Founded in 2017, the Center now operates in 22 countries, with a representative office in Moscow, an office in Kazan and a clinical center in Saransk. The company provides a full range of services: monitoring the efficacy and safety of medicines, veterinary products and medical devices, user testing, Phase I–IV clinical trials, and also conducts scientific and educational work. Our mission is to protect people's health by ensuring the maximum safety and effectiveness of medicines. Due to the company's growth, we are inviting a head of a clinical research center to join our international project. What you will be doing: You will lead the medical research center running clinical trials and will be responsible for: organizing and managing the center's work — from planning to quality control at every stage; leading the staff: setting tasks, monitoring execution, developing the team; working with key partners — manufacturers, regulatory bodies and expert organizations — so that projects run smoothly and fully in line with requirements. This role requires not only expertise and processes, but also the ability to build trust and deliver results in a complex regulatory environment.

Who we are looking for: We need a leader with experience and systems thinking. Candidates with at least 1 year of real management experience or leadership practice in healthcare (head of department, chair, research department) are suitable. Education: higher education in medicine, pharmacy, biology or chemistry.
