Sales department manager (IT company, 1C solutions)

📈 Company: VENKON (Official 1C partner in Uzbekistan) 📊 Vacancy: Sales department manager 💲 Salary: 4 000 000 UZS take-home + % of sales (managers' target income: 8 000 000 -12 000 000 UZS, no cap) ✅ Responsibilities: • Sell 1C products and solutions — licenses, implementations, customizations; • Handle incoming requests and actively work with the client base; • Run demos and consultations, matching the solution to the client's task and business scale; • Manage deals of varying complexity — from a simple license to an implementation project. ⬇️ Conditions: • Work schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 • Official employment under the Labor Code of Uzbekistan • Salary paid on time, twice a month • Modern office in the IT park (Yashnabad district) • In-house training
